Ms. Feroza Mehta Amin
A veteran in the education sector with over 2 decades of experience in teaching and key leadership positions, Ms. Amin comes to us after spending years gathering enriching experience at ‘The Cathedral and John Connon School’, one of the country’s leading schools. She owns a Master’s degree in Sociology and is a passionate educator who believes in continuously innovating teaching pedagogies to enhance the learning experiences of her students. Having played an instrumental role in establishing the IGCSE curriculum for The Cathedral and John Connon School, she comes with a comprehensive understanding of both national as well as the international syllabi.

Dr. Tasha Arnold
With over 20 years of experience as a leader in the field of education, Dr. Tasha Arnold evaluates and accredits top schools worldwide with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and Council for International Schools (CIS). She is a certified Principal and Head of School and has worked across various international schools worldwide over the course of her career. She owns a doctorate in education from Kingston University, London, UK.
As Academic Director, Dr. Tasha Arnold will be involved in the overall strategic plan and pedagogical development at Lodha Oakwood School. Implementing globally acclaimed teaching methods, she will craft an academically rigorous curriculum, integrated horizontally across subjects and vertically across grades, enabling our learners to become thinkers and achievers. She will also bring in global learning opportunities from across the UK and US.
With a focus on elevating our learners, faculty and practices to globally renowned standards, Dr. Tasha Arnold will play a pivotal role in establishing Lodha Oakwood School as a world-class educational institute.
