At Lodha Oakwood School, the admissions process is an opportunity for us to get to know your child not just to understand who they are today, but to glimpse who they have the potential to become, and how we can help them get there.

Step-by-Step Admissions Process

Step 1

Register for Open House

  • The Open House offers an opportunity to explore our learning spaces, interact with our educators, and gain insight into the LOS approach.
  • The entire experience is approximately 90 minutes long and includes a guided school tour, an orientation overview, and a dedicated Q&A segment.
  • Parents will also receive information on important timelines, including form submissions and interaction rounds.
  • Families residing outside India may opt for a virtual introduction via Zoom.

Step 2

Submit an Application

Complete and submit the online application form through our Admissions Portal after registering. Ensure that all required details and documents are provided for a smooth review process.

Step 3

Interaction Rounds

Round 1: Observation / Entrance Test

  • Pre-Primary: Observation Round
  • Grade 1 onwards: Entrance Test
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Subjects: English & Math (includes Science from Grade 4 onwards)

This round will be conducted by the Admissions Team, Faculty, and School Leadership.

Round 2: Interaction

  • Pre-Primary to Grade 4: To be attended by parents only
  • Grade 5 onwards: To be attended by parents and the child

This round will be conducted by the Admissions Team, Faculty, and School Leadership.

Step 4

Confirm Your Admission

Successful applicants will receive an offer of admission via email.

To secure the seat, the admission formalities and fee payment must be completed within 3 working days of receiving the offer.

Admissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Junior KG (Early Years 2) Between 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022
Senior KG (Early Years 3) Between 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021
Grade 1 Between 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020
Grade 2 onwards Before 31st December 2019
